A delegation from Dubai Police visited yesterday the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre 800 555 team at Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC) to benefit from ADSIC e-Government best practices and familiarise with ICT strategy and e-Service transformation initiatives.
ADSIC signed an agreement with CERT rolling-out the “e-Citizen programme” in collaboration with ICDL GCC Foundation, which enables targeted segments that do not have the required skills to use the internet effectively.
